Rise of Olympus Extreme
Play'n GO rates the volatility of this game 10 out of 10 on its own scale. Studios rarely max out their own measurements, and the honesty is useful: it tells you before you start that Rise of Olympus Extreme is built around rare, very large outcomes and long stretches of nothing much. Released on 2 September 2025, it is also a game whose board does not work the way the lobby thumbnail suggests, which is where any sensible reading of it has to begin.
What the game is
The playing field is five by five and there are no reels in the traditional sense. A win needs three, four or five matching symbols aligned horizontally or vertically — a row or a column, in other words. Diagonals do not pay, and a scattered handful of matching symbols does not pay either, which surprises players who arrive expecting the cluster mechanic that the grid format usually implies. Winning symbols are removed, the remainder cascade down, and a win multiplier rises with each successive clearance inside the same spin.
The reference return is 96.2%, but the title ships in five settings — the others are 94.2%, 91.2%, 87.2% and 84.2% — and the operator, not the studio, decides which one is served. The hit frequency is roughly one spin in 3.27, so the board is active often enough; it is the size of the results that is skewed, with a ceiling of 50,000x the stake. Read the live RTP inside the game rather than from any list, this page included.

Bonus features
The Hand of God is the mechanism that keeps a dead spin from being entirely dead. It fires at random on non-winning spins and takes one of three forms depending on which god is behind it: Hades converts symbols into one another, Poseidon drops wilds onto the board, and Zeus deletes whole symbol sets to bring the survivors into alignment. None of these can be requested, and all three exist to manufacture a win out of a board that had none.
Above that sits the Wrath of Olympus meter. Landing three, four or five matching god symbols fills one, two or three sections of it, and a filled meter awards a free round in which the win multiplier resets and the Hand of God activations run automatically. This is the intermediate feature — not the jackpot round, but the state in which the game is most likely to produce something.
Clearing the entire screen is where the two paths separate. Do it during Wrath of Olympus and free spins are awarded: the player then chooses a god, and the choice is a genuine trade — Hades gives 4 spins, Poseidon 5, Zeus 8, with the more generous counts attached to the milder effects. Inside the round the multiplier carries over from spin to spin and can climb as high as x1,000, and retriggers can extend the series up to a hard maximum of 100 spins. Clear the screen outside Wrath of Olympus instead and the reward is immediate rather than structural: an instant 20x, multiplied by whatever the current win multiplier happens to be.
Stakes and limits
Stakes run from 0.10 to 100 a spin in the account currency, a range wide enough to cover almost anyone. The relevant planning question is not the size of the bet but the length of the sample: a game rated 10/10 for volatility with a 50,000x ceiling spends most of its time returning less than it takes, and a bankroll that survives fifty spins tells you nothing about the game at all. Several hundred rounds at the low end of the range is a more informative and far cheaper experiment. Deposits at Casina begin at EUR 10 and withdrawals at EUR 20, with the routes described on the payments page.
Demo play and bonus balance
A demo build loads from the lobby tile using play credits, and for this title it does one job better than any written explanation: it shows how often the Hand of God actually rescues a spin, and how far away a full screen clearance really is. Treat it as familiarisation and nothing more, because demo and real play run on the same random number generator and neither one owes the other a result.
With bonus funds, check the stake cap first. Slots normally contribute 100% toward wagering, but a maximum stake per spin applies while a bonus is active, and a range that reaches 100 makes it easy to break that rule by accident and void the balance. The general framework is on our bonus page.
